Cambridge Waterfront

Network is providing advisory services to the Cambridge Waterfront Development Inc. (CWDI) team for the development of this 30-acre waterfront project along the Choptank River in Cambridge, Maryland. Network helped bring in world-class designers and architects to advance the plan to include an exciting mix of over 550,000 square feet of residential, retail, and hospitality spaces along with over four acres of waterfront parks and active amenity spaces.
